Glen Allen who served in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps attended the Memorial Day ceremony at the Veterans' Memorial at the Delaney Park Strip near downtown Anchorage on Monday, May 28, 2018. Allen who served two tours in Vietnam said, "I do this every year.
